Finery London is the new label by former ASOS Fashion Director Carin Downie and former Topshop Design Director Emma Farrow.
The label attempts to marry the design principles of luxury fashion to affordable price points. "We started Finery London hoping to re-inspire customers with a carefully curated, detail-driven collection at accessible prices", the founding duo told the Daily Mail.
The pieces in Refinery London's first few collections are indeed anti-trend and refined, resembling the design philosophy of the likes of H&M off-shoot COS, or Uniqlo, rather than the stores Downie and Farrow previously worked for.
Finery London has launched into the Australian market via The Iconic too, and pieces on the website are priced between $59.95 and $349.95.
Impressively, from the label's website, a lot of the product appears to be make in the UK, except for specialty garments like leather jackets, which are made in China.
Catalogue has reached out to Finery London for comment about where and how their product is produced, and will update this post as soon as we hear back.
