According to The Cut and WWD, Marc by Marc Jacobs may be imminently folded into Marc Jacobs, which will then "encompass a range of merchandise and price points" and "unify all products with a clarity of voice and aesthetic".
This is surprising news considering design duo Luella Bartley and Katie Hillier have spent the past few seasons injecting new (grrrl power) life into the label, receiving complimentary press for their efforts along the way.
